Duplicate accounts will be suspended, and all associated balances and bonuses may be forfeited.

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. 3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify 1ong777 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account by contacting our support team via live chat. 1ong777 reserves the right to suspend an account pending investigation of any suspicious activity.
3.3 Account Verification (KYC). 1ong777 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable regulations. Failure to complete verification within the time period specified by 1ong777 may result in account suspension.
3.4 Inactive Accounts. An account is considered inactive if no login has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 1ong777 reserves the right to levy an inactivity administration fee of RM 10 per month on accounts with a positive balance following the inactive period, until the balance reaches zero or the member reactivates their account. Members will be notified by email before any fee is applied.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 1ong777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels, subject to availability at the time of transaction: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, DuitNow, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and other Malaysian bank online transfers as published on the Platform.
4.2 Currency. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). 1ong777 does not charge currency conversion fees; all deposits and withdrawals are processed in MYR at face value.
4.3 Minimum Deposits and Withdrawals. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 unless otherwise specified in the terms of a specific promotion. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply and are published in the Platform's banking section.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. 1ong777 targets withdrawal processing within fifteen (15) minutes for verified accounts using e-wallet channels. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times are targets, not guarantees, and may be affected by factors outside 1ong777's control.
4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Where a member has accepted a bonus, applicable wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be processed. 1ong777 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
4.6 Prohibited Payment Sources. You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and deposits from credit cards are not permitted. Any winnings generated from funds deposited through prohibited channels may be voided.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotions offered by 1ong777 are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonuses awarded by 1ong777 are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify the total value of bets that must be placed using bonus funds before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. 5.3 Bonus Abuse. 1ong777 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close accounts, where evidence of bonus abuse is identified. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing low-risk or arbitrage bets to satisfy wagering requirements, and coordinated exploitation of promotional offers.
5.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses that are not used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from the member's account without notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game and betting market offered on the Platform is governed by specific rules published within the game or market interface. Members are responsible for understanding these rules before placing bets or wagers. 1ong777 accepts no liability for member losses resulting from failure to understand applicable game rules.
6.2 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or communications failure that affects the outcome or validity of a game round or bet, 1ong777 reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and return stakes to the member's account. Where a malfunction has led to an erroneously large win, 1ong777 reserves the right to withhold payment pending investigation.
6.3 Void Bets. 1ong777 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or with terms that were published in error. Members will be notified and stakes returned in full where a void is applied.
6.4 Liability Cap. The maximum liability of 1ong777 in respect of any single bet or game round is limited to the maximum win limit applicable to that market or game as published on the Platform.

9.2 1ong777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
9.3 In no event shall 1ong777's total aggregate liability to any member exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.2 By the Member. Members may close their account at any time by contacting 1ong777 customer support. Any outstanding bonus requirements must be resolved before a final balance withdrawal can be processed. Self-exclusion requests made through the responsible gaming tools are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Legitimate account balances remaining at the time of termination (where termination is not due to member breach) will be returned to the member's registered payment method after KYC verification.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the international licensing framework under which 1ong777 operates.
